A NEW ERA

On the 11th of August, 2011 was a new chapter to SJK(C) Kee Tee after the long-waited six decade, the school management's board inaugurated the newly build concrete school block.

The new school block is the pride of the Long Lama community, it is a new landmark to Long Lama town and located right in the town centre with a good scenery fronting a river. According to Fung Sui terminology, it is located in a position that a hill named Bukit Sabun as a background and the building itself is facing the main road and mighty Baram river which is good for the future prosperity of the school. The tranquil environment is ideal for study.

The success of our school today should be credited to everyone who has contributed financially or spiritually. They are the school founders, the previous and present management boards, the donors, the teachers and staffs, the students, the government, the Miri Chinese School Management Board, the local community and all the donors outside Long Lama.

Seriously, we have to emphasise the success of the school should not be claimed by any individual on his or her contribution as a tool to popularise personal status or political-motive. It should be shared by all the contributors for the goal of education in order to enhance the unity of our school progress.
